Brooke Morgan Chamblee graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. in Interior Design and a minor in Art. Upon graduation, Brooke completed her formal training at commercial architecture firms in both Jackson, Mississippi and Birmingham, Alabama where she worked on a variety of projects in the commercial field.

Upon returning to her hometown of Meridian, Mississippi in 2011, Brooke Chamblee Interiors was formed with a focus on residential design.  She approaches each project with a passion that every person should love their home and want to spend time there! Through Brooke's combined design education and work experiences, she has learned the extreme importance of attention to detail, craftsmanship, and keen project management skills. 

Brooke now lives in Fairhope, Alabama with her husband and three sons. She has a thing for reading, baking, running, art, live music, wine, traveling, antiques, and all things design.

What inspires you? Who are your current “crushes” or favorite instagram accounts to follow for inspiration?

Ashley Whittaker, Collins Interiors, and Charlotte Lucas (both in fashion and design)

What do you love most about including original art in your designs?

Art is so personal and an insight into your personality, you can be bold and take risks with art. And we love for our clients to have something unique that isn’t mass produced.

Dream Project?

A second home. Clients are often starting with a blank slate so we can curate the home from the ground up. I have also learned that they seem to be more laid back and enjoy the process more which often gives me more creative freedom.

What are your three "must haves" in order to create an inviting space?

Fun statement lamps with custom shades, antiques, and original art - the more the merrier. As one of my best friends says about the art in my house- “no wall left behind”.
