"Each year, I look forward to tulip season - the selection from my local flower farmers that I bring home in brown paper wrapping from the Saturday Farmers Market and stand tall and upright in vases around my home. As the days move forward, each tulip takes on a personality of its own, dancing its way out of the vase and into my memory. I love the gestures, the leaning and arching, and the movement that these delicate yet strong, perfect flowers portray. Known as a symbol of joy and unconditional love, this collection was born out of watching flowers take shape in the vases around my home this season that promoted moments of pondering and gratitude." - Sarah Rafferty
