Inspired by her formative background and degree in art and interior design and her passion for creativity, Christina's works focus primarily on the versatility of small to medium-scale paper and loose canvas pieces in water-based and oil mediums. The translation of her various nature-inspired subjects is rooted in Impressionism and intentionally abstracted with a hope to convey a joyful reverence and appreciation for the often fleeting moments of beauty in the every day and an ethereal peacefulness inspired by her faith. An emphasis on movement with fluid brushstrokes, watermarks, and layers of delicate color washes varying in opacity highlights each distinctive color story and source of light within each piece.
